The main goal of this project was to express a distinct feeling of trust for the brand and the exquisite homes they develop, whilst honouring the history of the land they build on in the Home Counties of England

The solution was to take inspiration from the Seal of Saint Edward and the historical aspects of branding from the ages, encouraging stateliness, honour and strength

The branding consists of the logo design in regular and horizontal layouts with a serif font for the wordmark. The logo design consists of the crown detailing of St Edward, the Fleur de Lis and a modern design of the old English lion crest
Georgia was chosen as the primary font family for its elegant but legible appearance when printed, and clarity on screen – The history of the font itself made for a perfect choice when considering brand continuity
