Our objective for this project was to provide the necessary 3d, digital and print marketing material to complete the off-plan sale of the Wilden Mews development in Buckinghamshire, England
Solution
The solution was to give the development a brand identity honouring its unique location and history - We then built the architectural model of the whole site, the renderings, the marketing brochure and the social media campaign
The branding comprises the logo and brandmark collectively influenced by the long Saxon history of the land – The brandmark drew inspiration from an Anglo Saxon pin broach, and the two properties of the development are represented as rectangles that take inspiration from the detailing found on the Saxon Penannular Fibula cloak pin
Georgia Bold was chosen for the primary branding, both for brand continuity of the developers identity and its bold serif historical references

Legibility
The identity was shaped by the connection between the land, the development, the brand identity and the architecture from which to build this project upon
The final result was a campaign of concise information and visual significance. The package of deliverables enabled the client to offload all plots off-plan and before the completion of the build, as intended
